Through the Community Navigator services, Care Network are able to provide you with information and guidance, as well as signposting you to other organisations who can help you. They are able to help you access services and local activities that are useful or enjoyable. Whatever your question, their staff and volunteers are trained, resourced and capable of finding the information you need to access the appropriate services.
This is a free service.
Other services offered by Care Network:
- Help at Home – practical and emotional support from volunteers to help rebuild confidence and independence, following a hospital stay or difficult period (such as bereavement or ill health)
- Healthy Fenland – help with all aspects of setting up a community group or activity, including making applications to the Healthy Fenland Fund (managed by Cambridgeshire Community Foundation)
- Wellbeing Support – strength-based tailored one-to-one support for people feeling low or anxious to help them develop coping strategies, make personal connections, and build resilience
Care Network are looking for volunteers to join their team to help people living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to remain independent and maintain social connection.
