CPSL Mind is passionate about positive wellbeing and provides support to adults - in person or online - who may be experiencing mental health challenges. Their approach is focused on individual strengths and skills, encouraging peer support and community connectivity.

Good Mood Cafés Supportive and friendly places to have a cup of tea and a chat, meet new people to share interests, skills and wellbeing tips in an informal space to help boost your mood.

Calm Spaces Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Calm Spaces provide somewhere to go if you need a bit of peace and tranquillity.

Peer Support Groups Gives you the opportunity to share your lived experience of mental health with others who have faced similar experiences.

Qwell Online Support Gain access to online peer support, self-help resources, an online magazine and chat-based counselling.

Supporting New Mums Provides support, tools and opportunities to connect with fellow new mums to help you stay emotionally healthy on your motherhood journey.

Supporting New Muslim Mums Working with the Lantern Initiative, provides support, tools and opportunities to connect with fellow new Muslim mums to help you stay emotionally healthy on your motherhood journey.

Supporting New Dads Provides support, tools and opportunities to connect with fellow new dads to help you stay emotionally healthy on your fatherhood journey.

Changing Lives Talking Therapies Are you experiencing anxiety or tackling difficult emotions? A range of talking therapies could start you on the road to improving your wellbeing.

Good Life Funds Grants are available to people in the local community to help set up groups that connect people, such as book clubs, craft classes, or activities that encourage people to learn new skills.

Mental Health Crisis Support If you are experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, call 111 Option 2 for support. You may be referred to the Sanctuary, run by CPSL Mind. On discharge from crisis services you might also benefit from CPSL Mind’s Discharge Buddy Service.
