Whittlesey Open Door Calm Space – CPSL MindBack to Activities
Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. The Open Door calm spaces provide somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- relaxation techniques can help us manage stress and anxiety
- techniques learn can be used outside the sessions if you are feeling overwhelmed
- it’s a chance to connect with like minded people which can help us feel less isolated and alone.
‘I have been really stressed about moving house, so I popped down to one of the sessions. I felt really relaxed and calm afterwards which was exactly what I was hoping for. Everyone was really friendly and it was nice to chat to the others that attended’
