What to expect
Understanding Grief sessions are for adults who have experienced a bereavement, are in the early stages of grief, and would like to understand more about the grieving process.
The session takes place on a monthly basis and alternates between being in person at the hospice or being on line - usually in the evening. Sessions are facilitated by the Patient and Family Support Team.
Whilst the session is aimed at adults, there is some information about how to support children and young people who are grieving.
Booking is essential, as spaces are limited - for dates/times and to book either call 01223 675777 or use this link.
