Sensory Resource Library – Ormiston Families

Back to Support

This free service allows families who have children with additional needs or disabilities borrow toys from the Sensory Resource Library.

Meet the Sensory Resource Library:

The Sensory library is for families who have children/young people with additional needs or disabilities and is FREE of charge.

Early years settings such as childminders, pre-schools, nurseries and primary schools can also register to support the children in their care with additional needs or disabilities.

Children learn through play. The library is here for your child’s sensory and educational needs, but most of all for their enjoyment and FUN.

The Sensory Resource Library currently operates within Fenland (Cambridgeshire).

What can I borrow?

You can borrow up to 3 items at a time and can keep them for up to 4 weeks. All previous loans must be returned before further resources can be loaned out. The Toy Library understands that accidents happen from time to time, but ask that you take care of their equipment so they can ensure as many people benefit from their service.

For opening times and to view which toys are available, please check the Ormiston Families website.

This is a free service
