What to expect
The North Cambridgeshire Training Centre is open Monday to Thursday (8:30am until 5pm) and Friday (8:30am until 4:30pm). They have a friendly team that are welcoming and ready to support you. The Centre has a beautiful, light reception area, you are more than welcome to pop in for a hot drink and a chat!
The North Cambridgeshire Training Centre is fully accessible with disabled parking and a lift to the first floor.

The North Cambridgeshire Training Centre (NCTC) is a brand new, state-of-the-art building based in Chatteris, Fenland specialising in offering Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, Management and Business Support Apprenticeships.
Alongside Apprenticeships, they have a fantastic range of Commercial Training built around short vocational courses or longer courses leading to formal qualifications. These courses are ideal for individuals who need to improve or expand their knowledge within a role.
At NCTC they also offer a vast range of Professional Development courses ranging from Essential Skills for Life and Work to free level 3 courses as a part of the National Skills Fund.

The following Courses are fully funded courses are supported by the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority:
- Fully funded Multiply courses – these courses are fully funded through the national Multiply project which aims to improve maths confidence in everyday life and work.
- Fully funded online short courses (4 hours) – these courses aim to give a person an insight into a new topic that might improve their knowledge in a topic of interest.
- Fully funded level 2 qualifications – these courses are accredited and end with certification in topics such as mental health and wellbeing, sustainability, team-leading and counselling.
- Fully funded functional skills qualifications in Maths and English
- Fully funded digital courses to improve essential digital skills
- Fully funded computers for beginners
- Fully funded ESOL courses
