What do Noise Solution do:
What to expect:
Nosie Solution use music mentoring to help build and strengthen relationships around people. At Noise Solution, they have developed an award-winning relational approach designed to meet the basic psychological needs of their participants. Mentoring occurs face to face, in the home or school but, additionally, through a secure digital platform, families and key workers can also remotely engage with multimedia highlights from every session, including powerful audio and video reflections shared by the young people themselves.
More information:
Noise Solution was inspired by our founder Simon’s personal experiences of overcoming educational challenges, through music. Simon’s varied career as an internationally performing recording artist, youth worker, and social entrepreneur ultimately saw him transition from leaving school with no qualifications to holding a masters degree from the University of Cambridge (Darwin College). Music helped change how he felt about himself, which in turn led to significant changes in his life. His MEd focused on digital youth work and well-being, aligning with the ethos and goals of Noise Solution, and understanding what worked, why it worked and how to measure it.
Their unique platform captures these stories alongside using NHS tools to measure changes in wellbeing, all without disrupting the creative flow of sessions. Using live automated statistical analysis and AI-driven insights of session highlights, they deliver measurable outcomes that go far beyond traditional feedback forms. This innovative approach consistently earns national recognition, ranking Noise Solution among the UK’s top 100 Social Enterprises (NatWest Soc Ent Index).
There is an information pack and information about how to make a referral on their website. Any adult in a care or support role can refer a child or young person, within the age range 11-18yrs. If you believe someone younger than this would benefit you can call to discuss. Referrals to noise solution can be made via their website, click here.
This is a paid for service and funding needs to be agreed before sessions can take place.
