If you are struggling with your mental health during pregnancy or two years after giving birth, then you can self-refer to this peer support group by emailing [email protected]
Meeting once a month in March Child and Family Centre and once a month at Chatteris Child and Family Centre. Offering support fortnightly for those who want to attend both centres. It’s an opportunity to connect with other local mums who may be sharing similar experiences – to support each other, learn from each other and form friendships. Groups meet in Child & Family Centres which provide a space for children to play in a suitable environment during the sessions. It is a safe, respectful and open-minded environment.
If you aren’t comfortable self-referring, you can ask a health professional to refer you instead (a GP, health visitor or midwife).
CPSL Mind has also worked in partnership to deliver support for Muslim mums – find out more here.
This support is free.
