What to expect
Midlife360 CIC aims to enable women in midlife to thrive in their chosen workplace. Founded by Ingrid and Sally, both women in midlife, Midlife360 CIC is creating a community of women to share lived experiences and to learn and grow together through online and in-person events and workshops.
Whether you’re considering self-employment, aiming to advance in your current role or seeking a return to work after a gap, Midlife360 can offer you support and encouragement, as well as the opportunity to meet women like you.

Events are promoted via Facebook and Eventbrite – tickets are free but need to be booked in advance. Events are in person in central Cambridge and also online. The venue(s) are fully accessible with disabled toilet facilities. Details of the venue will be shared when you book your ticket.
