Back to Support

Ixion are a national, not for profit, training provider of skills and education. They are part of Shaw Trust, one of the largest charities in the UK. They put care into developing and progressing careers benefiting individuals and workforces.

What to Expect

Ixion have a range of courses that focus on employability and helping people progress in their career. Their courses cover a range of industries such as care, construction and business.

When you contact Ixion to enrol on one of their courses, they will guide you through the process and help you with any paperwork that you need to send. Most of their courses are online, so you will need some form of IT equipment, either a laptop, computer or tablet. Any face-to-face courses will take place in easy to access venues. Once you have enrolled and started the course, you will be guided throughout the learning process by their tutors, who will offer you one-to-one help when needed. You will also have guidance from their team of progression officers, who will support you by helping you find work experience, training, or work opportunities.
