EmoWell: MET is an informal, supportive online peer group for people are looking to better understand and manage their emotions. The group offers a balance of shared learning and open discussion, helping you build confidence and feel supported while exploring your feelings.
EmoWell online peer support group is open to adults (18+) who would like to improve their emotional wellbeing and develop practical emotion regulation skills in a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space. The group encourages self-awareness, resilience, and mutual support, helping people build confidence and improve their overall emotional wellbeing. It's also a place where people can connect with others, reducing loneliness and feelings of isolation.
You do not need a mental health diagnosis or a referral to join.
MET complements existing mental health support but is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent support, please seek help from the appropriate emergency or mental health services.
