The activity session are funded by the Platinum Jubilee Fund to support those living with dementia and their family or carers.
They hold weekly sessions at the Therapeutic Farm at Wisbech.
The sessions offer a range of activities such as:
- Animal Assisted Intervention activities
- art and crafting sessions,
- singing
- heritage crafts
- walking, gardening
- obviously includes tea and cake!

The team can also support you in arranging transport for you to attend if needed.
