What to expect:
Free to Be is for anyone looking to improve their mental well-being through movement. It’s a relaxed and welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can enjoy the benefits of carefree dancing. Free to Be uses carefree dancing to boost mental resilience and self-expression in a judgment-free environment. The sessions are fun, relaxed, and designed to help participants let go, move freely, and connect with themselves and others.
This activity is suitable for complete beginners. No experience is needed—just a willingness to move and have fun.
You will need to booking your place before attending. You can register via their website, by emailing [email protected], or send a message on social media.
On arrival you will be welcomed and greeted by the instructor who will guide you through the session. New attendees can simply join the flow—there’s no pressure or expectation. They are encouraged to move at their own pace and enjoy the experience from the very first moment.
It is the same instructor that leads each session, and attendees can reach out beforehand if they have any concerns or questions about the class. Each session lasts for an hour. There’s no obligation to stay the entire time—attendees can leave whenever they need to.
If you feel you would be more comfortable by bringing along someone to attend you can bring anyone along to join the experience.

The sessions are run by Dr Tosin from Wisbech. He is a highly trained dance therapist and mental health professional, dedicated to supporting your personal growth and emotional healing. You’ll be guided by experts who are passionate about helping you thrive: They combine the power of movement with therapeutic guidance to address emotional challenges and promote overall mental wellness. Dance therapy allows you to release stress, process emotions, and heal in both body and mind. These sessions are supported by Wisbech Primary Care Network.
Free to Be harnesses the power of carefree dancing to build mental resilience. It encourages true self-expression in a judgment-free space, helping individuals boost their well-being. They meet every Wednesday 5:15pm to 6:30pm at Leverington Sports & Social Club, PE13 5NT.
