What to expect?

On arriving at White Feather wellness you will see a notice on the door, if Shelly is in the middle of a treatment the sign will ask you to wait outside. If it's okay to come in the sign will invite you in. You will be greeted with a warm welcome by Shelly.

Meditation classes run twice a week, there's no need to be book and payment can be made in cash or card. These session last around 45 - 60 minutes and are suitable for complete beginners. Shelly leads guided meditation classes to calming music. Once the meditation is over their is time to sit and chat to other attendees about how you found the session.

There is free parking and a toilet on site. The business park also has a local café.

Shell is a Reiki Master and Teacher, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Meditation Practitioner and Teacher, Past Life Healer, Soul Midwife, Crystal Practitioner, Laughter Yoga Leader, and holds a Professional Diploma in Indian Head Massage. She established her business in September 2020 in a small premises in Wisbech and has since moved to a beautiful space known as “The Nest.” This welcoming location features a reception area, a treatment room, and a workshop/meditation room, all with level access and an accessible toilet. Shell also works online and offers visits to clients or businesses as required.

Her business offers ethically sourced clothing from Nepal in sizes ranging from 8 to 32, along with ethically sourced crystals, oracle/angel/tarot cards, quality vegan incense and burners, and many other wellness products.

In addition to holistic therapies, Shell holds a Level 3 Diploma/Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care and is trained in First Aid, Safeguarding Adults, Health & Safety, and Assisting and Moving Individuals.

She provides meditation sessions for workplace staff, private groups, and wellness events or retreats. Shell also organizes Mind, Body, and Spirit Fayres, as well as hosting drumming circles and sound baths.

From a very young age, Shell discovered an innate ability to relieve pain through touch, long before Reiki was widely known in her area. This natural gift inspired a lifelong passion for helping others. Reiki became a pivotal part of her journey, refining and expanding these healing abilities. Today, Shell works with Ascended Masters, Higher Vibrational Beings, and Angels, connecting with energy and people worldwide.

Crystals play an important role in her healing sessions, as their vibrations can be felt and harnessed for energy work. Sound therapy is also incorporated, using singing bowls, tuning forks, and shamanic drumming to enhance the healing experience.

Dedicated to continuous learning and growth, Shell loves guiding others on their personal journeys through hands-on techniques, meditation, and spiritual guidance.
