Let's Talk Recovery is an online mutual aid recovery support for those in recovery from addiction. The Online Café is a chance to check in with others in recovery in an open but safe space.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- it’s a chance to connect with others and receive mutual support
- it’s a chance to chat and share experiences with like-minded people
- it’s a chance to talk about your week and see your and other’s progress.

What to expect?
You’ll be greeted by the facilitators and supported to join that week’s discussion. You won’t be asked to share anything about yourself that you are not comfortable speaking about and can just listen if you prefer.
You do not need to book to attend either of these groups, however you can contact the service if you wish to speak to someone beforehand to support you to attend.
They ask that all participants keep conversations discussed in these activities confidential.
