What to expect?
Good Mood Cafés are supportive and friendly places to have a cup of tea and a chat, hosted by CPSL Mind in a variety of venues across the county and online.
In-person Cafés are run by two of the Good Life Facilitators from CPSL Mind. On arrival they will give you a friendly greeting and introduce you to some of the other attendees. The facilitators are there for support, advice and to help keep conversations upbeat and positive.
Anyone can attend for any reason – to seek support, learn wellbeing tips, meet other people or to share interests/skills. They are informal spaces and you can come and go as you please – there’s no obligation to stay for the whole time.
You don’t have to be in a good mood to attend a Good Mood Café – but it’s hoped that you’ll feel better for having been!
There are toilets and disabled accessible toilets at the venue.
Hear David an attendee talk about his experience of the good mood cafe:
The Good Mood Cafés are free to attend and no booking is required.
The Good Mood Café is in March Library. Here is a short video of what the Library Looks like.
