This coffee morning runs on the second Thursday of every month and is a chance to connect with others and also chat to the local Social Prescribing Link Worker.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- It’s an opportunity to connect with other people.
- You’ll be signposted to information about local services to support you.
- Getting out of the house for a warm drink and a chat feels good.
